With one percent of Texas’ historically 6.5 million acres of coastal tall grass prairies left, we have little time to lose. Support from corporate partners will keep chest-high grasses such as Big Bluestem, Little Bluestem, Switchgrass, and Indiangrass waving in the wind.
The opportunities to nurture the rich diversity in our native prairies provide food and cover for an enormous number of wildlife species, and an amazing palette of wildflowers.
